Spanish Hangout Policies

Spanish Hangout is a Limited Liability Company that offers professional Spanish classes, translations and Language consultations.

• Payments

All classes and services must be paid in full prior to the first session. We accept Zelle & all Credit Cards (+3.5% Fee).

• Refunds

We cannot offer refunds on our services. However, if a Group Class does not have the 5-student minimum to open, Spanish Hangout LLC will offer a full refund or apply your purchase towards a future course -OR- apply this credit towards private classes.

• Cancellations

To cancel or change a Private Online class or a Duo Online class, 48-hour advanced notice must be received . There is no extra charge or penalty for changing or canceling a private class with more than 48 hours notice. For cancellations or schedule changes for lessons on Mondays, a notice must be received by Friday before 5pm.

Spanish Hangout LLC cannot offer any refunds on our services.

• Confidentiality

Representatives of Spanish Hangout LLC take confidentiality very seriously. We understand the importance of privacy for our clients. Your name, contact, financial and other personal information will remain private within Spanish Hangout LLC and will not be shared publicly.

• PACKAGES

Spanish Hangout LLC does offers 5 or 10 private classes packages. 5 classes packages are valid for 3 months, 10 classes packages are valid for 9 months.

• Non-Discrimination Policy

Spanish Hangout LLC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, disability, gender, sexuality, and national or ethnic origin in the administration of its admissions, educational, or employment policies, and programs.
